An open-top double-decker bus carrying passengers and large lettering on its side was filmed in Miami. The posted video shows the words “WELCOME TO” and part of some pink letters. According to the person who posted it, the full phrase reads “Welcome to Vice City.”
The bus appears among city traffic. A Miami Beach road sign is visible in the same video, and passengers are seated on the open upper deck. The full wording cannot be read in the footage shown: the bus first appears only partly in frame, then drives out of view.
