Huge Vice City mural takes shape in Miami
Artists are painting a wall with the words Vice City in Miami's Wynwood district. An eyewitness shared a photograph of the work in progress.
Work began on a large Vice City mural in Miami’s Wynwood district. An eyewitness posted a photograph showing artists on a lift, with much of the lettering still at the outline stage.
The photographer noticed another photographer nearby documenting the work. It was not yet known who commissioned the mural or whether Rockstar was involved.
